IFB launched a new project, funded by Impact Norway, in collaboration with the Oslo Metropolitan University (OsloMet). Under this project, IFB performed 40 ear, 40 clubfoot, and 40 cerebral palsy surgeries on children between 7 and 18 years of age in IFB hospitals. IFB conducted interviews of the children and their parents before operations to learn about their quality of life, family and social challenges due to their disabling conditions. This would help assess the impact of the surgery on the well-being of the children and their parents.
