IFB response to the challenge of micronutrient deficiencies among poor children in rural areas is home gardening. Home Gardens are easy to establish but can revolutionize is a family’s nutritional requirement.

Hence, IFB supports the promotion of home gardens among its beneficiaries in CHuadanga and Meherpur districts.

IFB provides training to rural women on how to prepare a fallow land for a home garden, distributes seed anf saplings of vegetables round the year so that rural people can easily get constant micro-nutrient suplliment from their productions.
