On the occasion of the centenary birthday celebration of our Father of the nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman

On the occasion of the centenary birthday celebration of our Father of the nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Impact Foundation Bangladesh organized a free prolapse camp under the project “PROSHANTI”, supported by dak Foundation (Australia) in Impact Jibon Mela Health Center, Meherpur during 17th -19th March 2021. A trained team of four committed surgeons from Rajshahi (Dr. Monira Najnin, Dr. Nasreen, Dr. Shova, Dr. Tabassum) conducted this camp and operated on 16 poor women, suffering from prolapse for a very long time. The surgeon team is very impressed and appreciated IFB’s great initiative.
We hope the operated women will be able to lead a quality and comfortable life in the future. All the operated patients and their family members expressed their gratitude to IFB, the surgeons, and the persons behind this initiative.
